Jin-ho Chung is Researcher in Climate Mobility at the University of Oxford’s Transport Studies Unit. His work centres on three key themes – climate-related mobilities, climate change adaptation and urban development – with a geographical focus on the Horn of Africa. He previously worked for the United Nations University Centre for Policy Research (UNU-CPR), University of East Anglia, UNDP Ethiopia and Rift Valley Institute. Jin-ho is currently Principal Investigator of the CEMENT project working on Climate Mobility, Onward Precarity and Urban Environment in Ethiopia, funded by UKRI-ESRC.
